Product description
An original Siemens SIMODRIVE I/R module (E/R-Modul), part number 6SN1145-1BA02-0CA2, version D. This industrial infeed and regenerative feedback module from the proven SIMODRIVE 611 series is widely used in IMA CNC machining centers, machine tools and automated production lines.
Rated INT. 36/47 kW, the module handles the central power supply and energy recovery within the SIMODRIVE system. It ensures stable supply of the connected drive units for dynamic CNC axes and high-power spindles, and its regenerative function returns braking energy to the grid for more energy-efficient operation.
The module features numerous industrial terminals and control contacts, heavy power connections U1, V1 and W1, diagnostic LEDs including ENABLE and FAULT, and several pluggable terminal strips for signal, control and communication lines within the SIMODRIVE drive group. The rugged design with a large heat sink, solid metal construction, integrated fan section and side vent grilles is built for continuous duty in control cabinets. The yellow labels on the front provide information on operating modes, switch positions and commissioning parameters.
